Be Still Farm Goods

Born out of a love for creating, and a desire to make beautiful, functional wares for everyday life. Check out some of our projects below!

POTTERY

As a teacher who enjoys summers off, this is when Lisa has primarily worked as a potter. She has been hand building for over a decade and has enjoyed working on the wheel in the past several years. Lisa finds peace and rest when creating her works, often thinking of her faith while forming vessels. Reminding herself that she is like a jar of clay, being molded carefully over time, and refined by fire. Ultimately, Lisa hopes that the beauty of her work will point to THE creator, but also in the words of William Morris, that her pottery will be a “joy to both the maker and the user.”

We have finished our markets for the year, but we are *slowly* working on stocking the shop. Visit us online: bestillfarm.square.site

OR, Lisa is happy to make custom orders.  Send an email: BeStillFarmGoods@gmail.com

SOAP

We’ve been making our own bars of soap for over a decade now. It began because some of us have very sensitive skin and we were searching for a healthier option that was reasonably priced. Our soaps are crafted with lard that is rendered from our own farm grown pork, which adds a lovely softness to each washing experience. Each bar is scented with natural essential oil combinations- no fake, sugary sweet, or perfumed scents. Soap can also be made scent-free upon request. We offer soap for sale when we have excess on the ETSY shop, usually around the holidays, but we are happy to take custom orders.

CLOTH ITEMS, bags and such…

Our production of cloth goods under the original name Cloth on Osborne, goes way back to when our daughter was in diapers. Lisa still enjoys making snack bags and wet bags when time allows, but she is slowly working to sell off her remaining stock, so this offering will have a limited availability.

BE STILL TIMBER COMMISSIONS

It turns out that Adam is also very good at working with his hands and he has recently taken to hand hewn timber frame construction. He’s excited to make your vision for a property enhancement element a reality.
